Store Supervisor

  • Oversee daily store operations and staff performance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Manage schedules, training, and team development

  • Monitor sales targets and drive customer satisfaction

  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues

Cashiers

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly

  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

  • Provide friendly customer service and answer basic inquiries

  • Assist with returns, exchanges, and receipts

Sales

  • Greet and assist customers with product selection

  • Promote and upsell products to meet sales goals

  • Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions

  • Support store displays and stock replenishment

  • Deliver excellent customer service to build loyalty

Merchandisers

  • Organize and display products according to company standards

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams

  • Ensure promotional materials and signage are up to date

  • Keep shelves, racks, and displays neat and appealing

  • Suggest improvements

  • Store Supervisor

    • Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role

    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to manage staff schedules and drive team performance

  • Cashiers

    • Prior experience handling cash and operating POS systems

    • Accuracy in transactions and attention to detail

    • Customer service background preferred

  • Sales Associates

    • Experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles

    • Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies

    • Ability to work towards sales targets

  • Merchandisers

    • Background in visual merchandising or stock management

    • Creativity in product display and store presentation

    • Experience with inventory control and replenishment
