Brand Implementation Coordinator – Mergers & Acquisitions (in-office position)

Core Purpose

Responsible for coordinating and executing corporate brand implementation projects following business acquisitions, ensuring consistent rollout of established company brand identity.

This is a logistics, coordination, compliance, and execution role focused on delivery, not marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Physical Brand Rollout (Core Function)

Coordinate rebranding across all physical sites following acquisitions

Manage Rollout Of

  • Signage (internal, external and supplemental)
  • Corporate identity items (stationery, clothing etc)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all physical touchpoints
  • Social Media and press announcements (in conjunction with corporate marketing team)
  • Liaising with other departments around rebranding (IT, website team, finance, legal) ensuring brand identity maintained at all times
  • Vendor, Supplier & Procurement Coordination
  • Source and build supplier relationships across the UK to support marketing requirements for all acquisitions
  • Request, compare, and manage quotes for work required and liaise with finance regarding budgeting purposes
  • Manage supplier timelines, delivery schedules, and quality control pertaining to marketing items
  • Maintain vendor communication throughout rollout phases
  • Permissions & Compliance Coordination
  • Liaise with landlords, local councils or governing bodies for any required approvals for changes
  • Ensure compliance with building and health and safety regulations
  • Ensure Streets brand compliance
  • Coordinate approval processes and documentation for physical installations
  • Project & Rollout Management
  • Manage full rollout timelines across multiple acquisition projects simultaneously including asset trackers
  • Track all branding assets, deliverables, and installation progress and present status reports
  • Identify delays and escalate risks appropriately
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule

  • Highly organised and structured in execution
  • Strong administrative and coordination capability
  • Comfortable managing multiple suppliers and stakeholders
  • Confident handling quotes, follow-ups, and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong accountability for delivery
  • Able to manage pressure and multiple concurrent rollout projects
  • Proactive in chasing updates and ensuring completion

Ideal Background Experience

  • 2 – 4 years Operations / Marketing (execution-focused) experience
  • Previous UK Experience highly beneficial especially dealing with local councils
  • Project coordination or project administration
  • Activation or change management experience
  • Strong execution discipline across multiple acquisition projects
  • Ability to work in a team to achieve a single objective
