Our client is a dynamic, acquisitive fintech organisation operating in a complex, regulated environment with international reporting requirements. This role forms part of the Group Finance team , supporting multiple entities and stakeholders across the business. The position will see you acting as a Finance Business Partner, playing a crucial role in financial reporting, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and finance transformation initiatives. You will contribute to maintaining financial integrity, enhancing reporting processes, and ensuring alignment with global standards (IFRS and US GAAP). Key Responsibilities Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of Group financial reporting in line with IFRS and US GAAP requirements. Support the completion of financial statements, regulatory filings, and investor reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Partner with Group Finance, Shared Services, and international teams on financial and accounting matters. Participate in finance transformation initiatives, including system implementations, automation, and reporting enhancements. Assist with tax compliance, procurement reporting, and B-BBEE tracking across the Group. Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks, including documentation and audit processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, resolve financial issues, and enhance reporting outputs. Support strategic finance projects, including group restructuring and operational improvements. Job Experience and Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification. 5-10 years' post-qualification experience, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or a tech-enabled environment. Strong knowledge of IFRS and exposure to US GAAP reporting. Experience working within a SOX-compliant environment advantageous. Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency. Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a complex, multi-entity environment with competing deadlines.
