Are you a driven and detail-oriented construction professional looking to take the next step in your project management career? Our client, a well-established company in the construction and precast concrete industry, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of construction projects who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring successful project delivery.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Project Management will be highly advantageous. 2-3 years' experience within the building or construction industry. Experience with precast concrete products, hollow core slabs or structural elements will be highly advantageous. Proven experience coordinating projects, tracking milestones and managing project progress. Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and measurement drawings. Experience with Revit or production drawings is advantageous. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, with proficiency in Word and Outlook. Experience using MS Project or similar scheduling software is beneficial. Fully bilingual in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibilities Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of precast concrete and structural projects. Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule. Liaise with production, logistics, site teams and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
