About the Role

You will be the primary contact between regional team members, Business leaders and the Experience function. You will translate regional priorities and plans into structured, prioritised Experience demand and delivery programmes with care for organisational goals and audience needs. You will manage expectations and build agreement on our priorities through collaboration across teams, ensuring Experience investment is visible, prioritised and delivered. You will report to the Director - Experience Business Partnering & Delivery as an individual contributor and use a hybrid work schedule.

You Will

  • Be the main Experience interface for Regional team members and senior leaders, partnering to understand regional priorities, campaigns and plans, and translating these into structured, prioritised Experience demand.
  • Help develop a clear and forward-looking view of regional activity, ensuring early visibility of demand to Experience capacity.
  • Provide guidance and constructive challenge to ensure regional requests are clear, practical and in consideration of organisational priorities, audience needs and Experience capabilities.
  • Work with Regional team members, including Regional VPs, Market Leads, and local marketing teams. Collaborate with Experience specialist teams, such as Segmentation, CCP, MarOps, and Campaigns. Ensure that regional plans meet audience segments, journeys, and global Experience frameworks.
  • Translate regional goals into clear briefs and plans that ensure execution across channels and teams.
  • Ensure understanding between regional priorities and Experience capacity, timelines and delivery approaches.
  • Collaborate with Experience teams to initiate work, align scope and support delivery against agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Provide hands-on coordination support, including clarifying briefs, managing dependencies, resolving blockers and maintaining agreement between partners and delivery teams.
  • Ensure you capture work correctly, prioritise and progress it through Experience delivery processes.
  • Advise on appropriate activation strategies that align with global Experience frameworks while reflecting regional needs.
  • Manage expectations regarding timelines, prioritisation, scope and trade-offs.
  • Facilitate agreement with Regional VPs and Regional Market Leads where priorities conflict or require reprioritisation.
  • Work with Experience & Market Intelligence team to ensure regional activity is informed by audience insight and delivers meaningful value.
  • Ensure Experience governance, including brand, segmentation, data and planning standards.
  • Identify recurring themes, gaps or inefficiencies in regional demand and support continuous improvement of ways of working.
  • Promote reuse of templates, journeys and assets to guide efficiency and consistency

You Have

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years experience in marketing, digital content management, digital content development or related field.
  • Experience creating services, solutions, and stories that provide meaningful experiences to users through user-centric (UX) design.
  • Experience delivering across multiple channels
