At Fund The People, we're looking for a creative, driven, and hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of our brand and marketing efforts. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, turning ideas into campaigns, and making a measurable impact in a growing business.
What You'll Do
Manage all digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and campaigns.
Develop engaging content and strengthen our brand storytelling.
Plan and support both online and in-person events.
Design marketing materials including banners, flyers, presentations, and promotional assets.
Manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms.
Coordinate marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Work closely with leadership to develop and execute marketing strategy.
What We're Looking For
1 year of experience in marketing (advantageous)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software such as Canva Pro or Figma.
Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Video editing skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
A creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
