SUMMARY

Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team working on projects within the industrial, mining, and oil & gas sectors.

POSITION INFO

Key Requirements: BEng, BSc Eng, or BTech qualification in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years' relevant civil engineering experience ECSA Candidate Engineer registration or higher Experience within EPCM environments and industrial projects is highly advantageous Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles and practices Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, deliverables, and contribute to the preparation of competitive proposals and tenders Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, and clients throughout project lifecycles Plan and manage engineering activities to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements Perform structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures Review, update, and modify engineering drawings and technical documentation Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and contract requirements Assist with contract administration activities, including NEC3 and NEC4 contracts Contribute to the design and construction of projects within mining, oil & gas, chemical, and power generation environments Personal Attributes: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong report writing and technical documentation abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality If you are looking to advance your career in a challenging and rewarding engineering environment, we'd love to hear from you.
