Minimum Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Store Manager within the Butchery Retail | FMCG Industries
  • Grade 12
  • Knowledge of Butchery operations and retail meat management
  • Experienced in Meat cutting techniques | Carcass breakdown, and Product yields
  • Stock control and rotation | Ordering | Receiving | Inventory management
  • Strong understanding of Food safety | Hygiene | Health, and Safety regulations
  • Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
  • Contactable references and payslips required

Salary Structure

  • Basic Salary based on experience
