POSITION INFO

Employer Description Conservation-focused company that manages wildlife reserves. Job Description Your duties will encompass: Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) standards Monitor and enforce safety regulations across the reserve Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Oversee environmental management practices Manage and monitor fleet operations Maintain accurate HSSE records and reporting Conduct safety training and awareness initiatives Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the role, including role search (ROL), sourcing, and advertising (internal handling requirement) Qualifications Matric Relevant qualification in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Skills Minimum 3 years' experience in HSSE roles (preferably in a reserve or remote environment) Basic fleet management experience Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance Ability to work independently in a remote/live-in setting Excellent communication and organisational skills Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment Ability to manage recruitment processes independently Benefits Live-in accommodation (studio apartment) Medical health insurance Provident fund 1 nutritious meal per day while on duty
