Join a well-established and growing organisation that operates across multiple business units, delivering innovative solutions within a fast-paced and evolving environment. The business is looking for an experienced Financial Reconciliation Manager who can drive best-practice reconciliation processes, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the integrity of balance sheet accounts across the group. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and review all balance sheet reconciliations across the group Ensure reconciliations are completed accurately and within strict monthly deadlines Manage bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany, loan, interest, accrual, prepayment, suspense account, and fixed asset reconciliations Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances, discrepancies, and outstanding items Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address recurring issues Maintain reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes Drive process improvements, standardisation, and automation initiatives across the finance function Liaise with auditors and ensure audit queries are addressed efficiently Review annual financial statements, tax computations, and related financial workings Monitor financial controls, working capital accounts, and regulatory obligations Collaborate with finance teams and operational stakeholders to improve reporting efficiency and financial governance Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members while driving accountability and performance Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualified CA(SA) is essential Relevant Financial Degree Minimum 3 years' experience in Financial Management Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar reconciliation, reporting, or financial control environment Proven people management and leadership experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Advanced knowledge of reconciliations, financial controls, and risk management Exposure to process optimisation and automation initiatives advantageous Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Detail-oriented, organised, and solutions-driven approach Apply now!
