Offering exposure across multiple business functions and complex intercompany structures, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong technical expertise with commercial insight in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to business performance, and play a key role in maintaining the organisation's financial health while supporting its long-term growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and analyse monthly management accounts Drive the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and internal financial policies Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations Manage cash flow and optimise liquidity across the business Liaise with external auditors and coordinate annual audit requirements Oversee debtors and creditors functions Ensure effective inventory management and related financial controls Support operational cost management, including labour and overtime analysis Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts Analyse margins, profitability, and business performance metrics Monitor and report on intercompany transactions and balances Prepare insightful financial reports and recommendations for executive management Assist with strategic decision-making through meaningful financial analysis Job Experience and Skills Required BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential Honours Degree is required 2-3 years' relevant experience within a finance environment Experience working within complex intercompany structures is advantageous Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and regulatory compliance Advanced analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Strong Microsoft Excel and financial systems knowledge Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Personal Attributes Highly detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-driven Ability to take ownership and work independently Professional, adaptable, and resilient Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and support junior team members Commercially minded with a passion for continuous improvement Apply now!
