EXPERIENCED CNC TURNER OPERATOR & SETTER VACANCY

AMF, a well established Engineering company based in George, Western Cape, designs and manufactures stainless steel road tanker safety equipment for both local and international markets, is looking for an experienced and skilled CNC Turner operator and setter to join our team as soon as possible.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' consecutive experience as a CNC Turner, Operator & Setter
• Proven ability to independently set and operate CNC turning machines
• CNC turning programming
• Experience and full understadning of Fanuc CNC controls
• Strong understanding of CNC programming, tooling and machining mathematics
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
• Extensive experience machining stainless steel
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently under pressure to meet production deadlines
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Overtime when required
