Position: Associate Solutions Architect

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities

Customer Discovery & Solution Design

• Participate in customer discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Understand customer business processes, challenges, and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into practical workflow and system recommendations.
• Document business requirements, processes, and solution designs.
• Assist in preparing Statements of Work and project documentation.

Solution Delivery

• Configure and implement technology solutions across supported platforms.
• Build workflows, automations, and operational processes.
• Support implementation projects alongside the delivery team.
• Perform testing and quality assurance.
• Assist customers during onboarding and implementation.

Customer Engagement

• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Participate in customer meetings and workshops.
• Provide recommendations and guidance to customers.
• Support user adoption and change management.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes.

Technical Growth & Innovation

• Continuously develop knowledge across modern technology platforms.
• Participate in training and certification programmes.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies, AI, and automation.
• Share knowledge and contribute to internal best practices.

Pre-Sales Support

• Assist sales teams during discovery and solution scoping.
• Support solution demonstrations where required.
• Contribute to implementation estimates and delivery approaches.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to existing customers.

Documentation & Quality

• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure delivery standards and best practices are followed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and internal knowledge sharing.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–4 years' experience in consulting, solution delivery, business analysis, CRM, SaaS implementation, or a related technology field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Based in Cape Town or willing to commute.
