Position Title

The Employee is engaged in the capacity of a Customer Experience Consultant

and is required to perform all aspect of work related to the job.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Huawei

• Follow-up on outstanding issues

• Planning product range and preparing sales and stock plans in

conjunction with the brief

• Working closely with Huawei representatives and store management to

decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest

and sales

• Controlling stock levels on the forecasts for promotions

• Analysing every aspect of bestsellers and ensuring that bestsellers reach

their full potential

• Attract and retain Huawei customers through merchandising, check

merchandising and prices daily

• Check stock availability and raise any issues to the Huawei

Representative

• Sales Budgets – achieve profit margins and meeting Huawei targets

• Sustain growth / retention through building relationships with customers /

clients

• Secure and maintain Huawei assets through correct usage and proper

floor coverage

• Handling customer queries

• Any ad hoc request from management
