GARDEN SERVICE MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Salary: R10,000 – R12,000 per month

Our client is looking for an experienced

Garden Service Maintenance Manager to join their team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Proven experience in garden services, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or general maintenance management
• Valid driver's licence (essential)
• Ability to manage staff, schedules, and daily operations
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be able to report to Midrand daily

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing garden service and maintenance teams
• Supervising daily maintenance activities
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained
• Scheduling and allocating work to staff
• Managing equipment and maintenance requirements
• Liaising with clients and addressing service-related issues
• Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to
