- Lead the development and delivery of differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform.
- Lead the development of innovative solution architectures that address complex client challenges, and facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Define architectural roadmaps for systems and business services, and document standards and guidelines to direct solution delivery, ensuring the finished product conforms to architectural principles.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Effectively describe solutions using industry-standard modelling notations, and contribute to practice development through thought leadership and development of innovative services and offerings.
- At least 20 years of experience in Solution Planning, Costing, and Pricing, along with significant managerial experience.
- Deep subject matter expertise with strong influencing and advisory skills; responsible for team decisions.
- Excellent working knowledge of design patterns and modelling notations such as ArchiMate, UML, and BPMN, as well as good knowledge of integration techniques, architecture patterns, and non-functional drivers.
- Experience leading development teams from a design and technical basis, with quality assurance skills to assess the completeness of deliverables, and knowledge of both traditional and agile delivery methods.
- Strong educational background in Solution Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and relevant architecture certifications.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI and modern tooling to create innovative and efficient solution architectures.
