Our successful Hotel Porters … · provide excellent service to guests with efficient management of their luggage and careful attention to their needs and requests for the full duration of their time at the hotel · provide useful information to guests, respond to their requests and ensure that hotel management is made aware of all guest interactions · keep up to date with activities, events and facilities in and around the hotel · maintain the health, hygiene and professional appearance of the porter's storeroom and all who work in it · keep trolleys clean and in good working order · actively participate in a working environment where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent · work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards. If you have these qualifications, join our team: Grade 12 (NQF 4) or equivalent; good numeracy, verbal and written English skills; at least one year's experience in a service type industry.
