They are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated
Sales Representative to manage and grow their assigned territory. This role is a robust blend of relationship-driven account management and new business development. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with their existing customer base, securing consistent orders through regular on-site visits, and pursuing new client acquisition
Note on Travel & Mobility: This position requires extensive road travel. The ideal candidate will manage a mix of local daily driving and planned, week-long business trips with overnight stays to fully cover the territory.

Key Responsibilities: Account Management & Retention: Maintain regular, face-to-face contact with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction, address needs, and secure orders. Business Development: Actively prospect, cold call, and pitch to acquire new customers within the territory to meet expansion goals. Territory & Route Planning: Strategically plan travel schedules and driving routes to maximize client face-time and optimize week-long road trips. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to both existing and prospective clients. Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, visits, and sales pipelines in our existing systems. Qualifications & Requirements Travel Availability: Must be willing and able to undertake frequent local driving, as well as regular, week-long overnight road trips within the territory. Licensing & Driving Record: A valid driver's license are mandatory. Experience: 2+ years experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or territory management. Self-Management: Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and manage a demanding travel itinerary.
