POSITION INFO

We are seeking an experienced Training Officer to join our team in Bloemfontein. The role focuses on training and developing production staff by delivering SOP, safety, and operational training to ensure a skilled, safety-conscious, and high-performing workforce. Key Requirements: Minimum 15 years' experience as a Miller SAGMA or GMF accredited qualification National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent Strong communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous) Proficiency in MS Office Own reliable transport & valid driver's license Responsibilities: Deliver SOP, safety, and operational training to production staff Conduct training needs assessments Mentor and coach new employees Provide hands-on training in milling operations, food safety, quality standards, and workplace safety Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Position Type: Permanent Location: Bloemfontein, 9301 Salary: Market Related (TBD)
