Role Summary

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure marketing campaigns run smoothly through effective coordination, procurement, supplier management, stock control, and media administration.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing marketing collateral, coordinating print production, maintaining supplier relationships, supporting media buying activities, and ensuring all operational marketing processes are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain marketing storerooms, ensuring all promotional materials and print collateral are accurately organised.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate reprints and replenishment.
  • Distribute marketing collateral to regional teams, stores, and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement effective stock control processes to minimise waste.
  • Assist with the physical handling and organisation of marketing stock.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with print suppliers, media agencies, promotional merchandise suppliers, and other marketing vendors.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end supplier onboarding process.
  • Obtain quotations and manage supplier communications to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders from initiation through approval.
  • Submit invoices and follow up with Finance to ensure suppliers are paid on time.
  • Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records.
  • Coordinate the production of all marketing collateral from briefing through to delivery.
  • Liaise with internal designers and external print suppliers to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure artwork approvals are obtained ahead of production deadlines.
  • Assist with the planning, booking, and coordination of Out-of-Home (OOH), radio, and print advertising.
  • Obtain proof of flighting for live campaigns.
  • Support campaign reporting and monitor media performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and regional teams.
  • Maintain Monday.com as the central project management platform, ensuring all marketing operational tasks are accurately tracked and updated.

Qualifications Required

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or a related field will be advantageous.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination, brand operations, or procurement support role.
  • Demonstrated experience in supplier and vendor management, including contract administration.
  • Hands-on experience managing a storeroom or stock control environment.
  • Exposure to OOH advertising, print production, or media buying. (Advantageous)
