Graphic Designer
Hire Overseas
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to own static ad creative and email design for a fast-growing DTC skincare brand. You will work alongside an in-house senior designer who handles brand, retail, and website work, sitting squarely in the performance design lane: Meta ad statics, email marketing templates, and any additional creative that supports paid and owned channel campaigns.
This is a production-focused role with a direct response mindset. You need to understand ad hierarchy, know how to design for conversion rather than just aesthetics, and be comfortable producing multiple creative variations at pace. If you have designed Meta ad statics that have actually run, understand why a CTA needs to be placed where it is, and can translate a brief into clean, scroll-stopping creative, this role is a strong fit.

- You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
- Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy
- Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
- 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
- This role requires availability during UK business hours
- Work on a well-established DTC skincare brand with a loyal customer base across Ireland, the UK, and beyond
- High-ownership creative role with direct impact on paid acquisition and email performance
What You'll Work On
Meta Ad Static Design
- Design high-converting static ad creatives for Meta campaigns across Instagram and Facebook placements
- Apply direct response design principles including clear visual hierarchy, benefit-led messaging, and strong CTAs
- Produce multiple creative variations and size adaptations for testing across placements
- Collaborate with the marketing team on briefs, iterate quickly based on performance feedback, and maintain quality across high output volumes
Email Marketing Design
- Design email marketing templates and campaign layouts in collaboration with the brand's copywriter
- Ensure email designs are visually clean, on-brand, and optimized for readability and click-through across devices
- Support campaign design for promotional sends, product launches, and automated flows
- Adapt templates and layouts based on campaign objectives and audience segments
General Brand Design Support
- Support broader design needs as they arise including landing page assets, promotional graphics, and campaign collateral

- Collaborate with the senior in-house designer on projects that require coordination between brand and performance creative
What You Bring
- Proven experience designing static ad creatives for Meta campaigns with a clear understanding of direct response design principles
- Strong grasp of ad hierarchy including how to structure visuals, messaging, and CTAs for performance rather than just aesthetics
- Experience designing email marketing campaigns including templates, promotional sends, and product launch creative
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop, and Canva for rapid production
- Ability to produce multiple creative variations quickly without losing quality or consistency
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across a high volume of outputs
- Comfortable receiving performance feedback on creative and iterating based on data rather than personal preference
- Available to work during UK business hours on a full-time basis
Nice to Have
- Experience working with DTC e-commerce, beauty, skincare, or wellness brands
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
- Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and how creative performance data informs design decisions
- Experience designing for both UK and Irish markets or similar English-speaking European audiences
- Background working alongside a copywriter in a collaborative content production workflow
How to Apply
Please include:
- Your updated resume
- A portfolio link showing at least 4 to 6 examples of static ad creative and email design work, ideally including Meta ad statics that have run in live campaigns
- A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, walking through one ad creative you are proud of, and explaining the design decisions you made and why
Only candidates who submit both a portfolio and a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
If you understand how performance creative works, can design ads that stop the scroll and drive action, and want to own the paid and email design function for a brand with a strong product and a growing customer base, this role gives you the creative scope and the direct impact to do your best work.
