SUMMARY

JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

POSITION INFO

This role will support our day-to-day design and marketing requirements, including social media content, branch adverts, campaign artwork, email banners, print material, in-store artwork and general marketing support. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-driven, organised and eager to learn, with a good eye for layout, spacing, typography and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: * Design social media posts, stories, posters, flyers, adverts, email banners and basic print material. * Resize and adapt approved artwork for different platforms, branches and campaign requirements. * Assist with branch-specific marketing material and local area advertising. * Create artwork for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp campaigns, emailers and in-store screens. * Assist with campaign rollouts, promotions and internal marketing requests. * Prepare artwork in the correct sizes and formats for digital and print use. * Ensure all artwork follows the Mr K brand style and guidelines. * Assist with basic photo editing and layout work when needed. * Keep design files, templates, artwork and marketing folders organised. * Support the Marketing Team with urgent design and marketing tasks. Requirements: * Graphic design qualification or relevant design experience. * Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. * Experience with Mailchimp, Adobe InDesign, Basic video editing skills and Adobe Lightroom will be beneficial. * Able to take feedback and make changes quickly. * Organised, reliable and willing to learn. * Able to work in a fast-paced marketing environment. * Portfolio required.
