Minimum requirements: Matric Diploma or higher in Operations Management, or related field would be an advantage. Strong knowledge of operations, finance, quality, HR, and customer relations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to solve problems and adapt to change Computer literacy in MS Office, Zoho, Flooid Hospitality, and Teams.
