Are you a polished and proactive Executive Assistant based in George?

This role is ideal for someone with exceptional organisational and communication skills. You will manage a busy diary, coordinate meetings and international travel, handle confidential information with discretion, create professional PowerPoint presentations for board meetings and ensure the Director's day runs seamlessly.

Fluency in both English and Afrikaans, basic bookkeeping experience, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently are essential.

REQUIREMENTS Matric, or related qualification Must be efficient in PowerPoint and Excel Diploma in administration required Excellent command of the English and Afrikaans language, written and spoken Highly detail oriented, organised, and deadline driven High focus on punctuality and always ensuring details are double checked for accuracy Proficiency in using data reporting tools to generate actionable insights Own vehicle essential DUTIES Diary Management Working with a high level of integrity and privacy of confidential information Research for various of the Directors projects Setting up of meetings, the venue and attendees Compile minutes of meeting and distribute accordingly Prepare high-level presentations on PowerPoint Manage international and local travel arrangements, including visas, flights, transport and accommodation Strategic Networking and establishing relationships with various community organizations, industry partners and shareholders Serving as the "first point of contact" for emails, enquiries to save time for the Director Conducting internet research and writing content for blog posts or press releases Taking ownership of development projects and representing the company at events Business support, managing reports, correspondence for the various entities owned by the Director Manage property portfolio - coordinating maintenance, service schedules, and tenant queries Managing the Directors residence, household staff, and any requirements for family and children Basic bookkeeping Make oneself available for after hour queries when needed via an office phone Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
