Region: Western Cape Location: Cape Town (Claremont / Southern Suburbs) Job Type: Permane Job Description: An established and highly successful boutique Wealth Management firm based in Claremont is seeking a high-caliber Wealth Management Associate to support their advisory and operational teams. This role represents an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious financial professional looking to accelerate their career within a structured, supportive, and highly professional environment. Key Responsibilities & Operational Hours: * Assist Financial Planners, Coordinators, and Directors with comprehensive client portfolio administration, preparation of financial reviews, and onboarding documentation. Liaise directly with high-net-worth clients, ensuring top-tier service execution and administrative compliance. Working Hours: 08h30 to 17h00. The firm offers excellent flexible standard options: 07h30 - 16h00 | 08h00 - 16h30 | 08h30 - 17h00. Candidate Requirements & Strict Criteria: * Geographic Location (Non-Negotiable): Candidates MUST reside within a 20-minute travel radius of Claremont (e.g., Southern Suburbs). Due to business operational frameworks, candidates residing further away (e.g., Northern Suburbs) will unfortunately not be shortlisted. Nationality: South African Citizens only. Compliance: Willingness to undergo full verification checks (Credit, Criminal, Educational, Reference, PEP, and background screening). Benefits & Remuneration Package: * Basic Salary: Market-related up to R35,000 pm CTC. Bonuses: Discretionary birthday-month bonus (up to a 13th cheque, performance-linked, pro-rated in Year 1). Phase 3: 45-minute face-to-face competency interview at the Claremont office with the WMA Coordinator and Hiring Manager. Phase 4: Background and compliance clearing.
