- Logistics Supply Chain Industry experience.
- Analyse business requirements and translate it Technical Requirements (SAP)
- Experience in leading teams
- Able to deal with Conflict and possess Strong Communication Skills
- Experience in working in projects.
- Engage with foreign customers and be sensitive to possible language barriers

- German Speaking
- EWM Functional Experience
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- Qualification in IT Computer Science (Diploma / Degree)
- SAP EWM Certification / SAP WM Certification
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement the product vision and roadmap.
- Research, understand and evaluate product requirements on the part of business and translate them into high quality product backlog items.
- Structure and prioritise business requirements and communicate plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
- Use various techniques for efficient business process modelling, conceptual prototypes, traceability and quality management techniques.
- Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.
- Maximizing product value within the available internal/external capacity per sprint and measure performance of these feature teams.
- Steer internal/external consultants and serve as a quality assurance of their deliverables.
- Eliminate impediments for development of the product scope.
- Support troubleshooting, resolving and closing of Production Support tickets (Incidents & Problems tickets) within defined SLA’s.
- Technically and functionally lead the Feature Teams with Line Managers/Product Owner.
- Align internal and external IT/business stakeholders.
- Create transparency regarding resources, requirements, competencies and implementation status to Products and Domains.
- Define, request, track and, if necessary, escalate the required resources (incl. budget, skills, volume/size)
