Handyman /General worker

HANDYMAN/GENERAL WORKER WANTED!!!

Ndaka Property Group is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and proactive individual to join our team to work full-time as a handyman and general worker

Responsibilities

• Conduct general maintenance and handyman duties on properties
• Inspect and identify maintenance issues
• Source and identify properties for sale or rental opportunities
• Build relationships with property owners and potential clients
• Make calls to property owners and prospective clients
• Support the sales and operations team with day-to-day activities
• Ensure company properties are well-maintained and presentable

Requirements

• Matric/N3/NQF Level 4 Certificate
• Must have valid driver's license and know how to drive
• Good communication and people skills
• Basic handyman/maintenance experience will be an advantage
• Must be trustworthy, proactive, and professional
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

PEOPLE WITH THIS COMPETENCY WILL HAVE ADDED ADVANTAGE

• N3 Certificate in Plumbing/ Worked as plumber
• N3 Certificate in Electrical Studies/ Worked as electrician
• Worked as real estate agents or Property admin
• Worked in property maintenance
• Any sales experience

Basic Salary + Commission
