Our client, a leading company in the heavy equipment sector is looking for a driven External Parts Sales Representative to join their team in Kwazulu-Natal. This role focuses on building client relationships, driving parts sales, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain customer accounts Promote and sell machine parts on-site and externally Prepare quotations and manage orders via SAP Provide product knowledge and technical support Monitor competitor activity and market trends Identify opportunities to move stock and grow sales Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing Requirements: Matric plus tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing Minimum 5 years' technical/mechanical parts sales experience Parts/warehouse background beneficial Strong computer literacy with SAP proficiency essential CRM experience advantageous Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Target-driven, detail-focused, and professional Willingness to travel extensively within the region If you do not receive feedback in 5 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful
