SUMMARY
Our client in Cape Town is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Debtors Clerk / Accounts Administrator to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full debtors function, maintaining accurate records, managing account reconciliations, and ensuring timely collections while supporting general invoicing and account administration.
POSITION INFO
Description: Manage the full debtors function, including invoicing and account reconciliations Update and maintain storage cards accurately Generate and process monthly storage invoices File and maintain all invoicing documentation Capture and allocate direct deposits on aging reports Follow up on outstanding payments Monitor debtor aging and escalate where necessary Recalculate annual storage increase rates and send client notifications Process account renders for ex-store clients and forward to operations Assist with general invoicing and finance administration when required Requirements: Matric certificate with Mathematics OR relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping Minimum of 3 years' experience in debtors and accounts administration Google web-based applications knowledge Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word proficient Strong administrative and organizational skills Good verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage deadlines and work independently Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
