WE’RE HIRING: BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR

An established business in the printing industry is seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Branch Administrator to be based at their Sandton, JHB, office. The Branch Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative, reporting, sales, dealer, technical and general office support.

This is a busy, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple functions, maintaining accurate records, supporting operational teams and ensuring that branch administration runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly sales reporting and analysis
  • Fuel administration and reconciliations
  • Technical invoicing and reporting
  • Warranty and product reporting administration
  • Loyalty programme administration
  • Dealer quotations, invoicing and backorder management
  • General office and HR administration
  • Document control, filing and audit trail management
  • General administrative support to management and departments

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a branch administration, office administration or similar role
  • Experience within the printing, labels, or signage industry will be an advantage
  • Strong reporting, invoicing and reconciliation experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident working with figures, reports and administrative systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, proactive approach
  • Computer literate with solid Microsoft Excel skills

Salary: R15 000 (negotiable) per month
