About Our Client Our client operates a structured sales environment focused on managing inbound sales activity, supporting client relationships, and ensuring efficient order fulfilment. The company focuses on revenue growth, customer retention, and maintaining high standards of client service. The Role: Sales Administrator This role exists to manage incoming leads, take orders, generate quotes, and follow up with clients. It contributes to the business by focusing on customer engagement and accurate administration, ensuring seamless order processing from placement through to invoicing. Key Responsibilities Take customer orders and process them accurately through to invoicing. Generate and send quotes based on incoming leads and enquiries. Follow up with clients regularly regarding quotes and orders. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities on the CRM system. Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing ongoing customer support. Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. About You Experience taking orders, generating quotes, and performing invoicing duties. Experience using a CRM system to manage client workflows. Strong follow-up skills with clients regarding sales administration. Background in a corporate sales administration environment rather than counter or retail sales. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with an excellent telephone manner. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Customer-focused, reliable, accountable, and professional.
