Finishing Foreman Anambra State Nigeria

Our client in Nigeria is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee the final stages of a high-end luxury private villa in Okija, Anambra State, with additional involvement in other premium projects across Abuja and Lagos. The project is entering its final phase after three years of construction, and the successful candidate will supervise all finishing contractors on site.

The role requires strong expertise in luxury finishing works, including tiling, carpentry, joinery, plumbing final connections, decorative elements, and overall quality control. The Finishing Foreman will coordinate daily site activities, ensure adherence to drawings and specifications, monitor material usage, enforce HSE standards, and drive timely completion of all finishing tasks.

Candidates should have 5–15 years of hands-on site supervision experience, ideally on high end villas, luxury residential, hospitality, mall, or commercial developments. Prior experience working in Nigeria or Sub-Saharan Africa is highly advantageous. A qualification in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a relevant trade is required.

This position offers a 3-month trial period, followed by renewable 1-year contracts, typically extending across multiyear project cycles.
