POSITION INFO

The Role Our client seeks a Business Analyst to drive operational efficiencies and competitive advantage. This role focuses on analyzing existing business practices, conducting bi‑annual reviews of master routing schedules, and delivering innovative process improvements across warehousing and transport operations. Key Responsibilities Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and routing schedules. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into operational requirements. Build and interpret models for new business opportunities. Conduct workflow and business analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose strategies. Develop dashboards, reports, and test plans to monitor progress and compliance. Ensure maximum warehouse and transport utilization, pallet control, and inventory management. Champion food safety culture and health & safety protocols. Audit process compliance and recommend improvements. Candidate Profile Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Information Technology (Grade 12 with Mathematics minimum). Experience: 2-3 years in Business Analysis within Warehousing, Distribution, or FMCG. Technical Skills: OPSI/PLATO routing software PowerBI/Qlik Sense (dashboard building, data models) Basic SQL programming MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook - advanced) TMS software routing, Great Plains, Microsoft Projects Competencies: Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and disciplined time management.
