Flair Accounting is looking for a Flairministrator to be the heartbeat of our office, supporting our team, clients, operations, and company culture.
Position: Full-time
What you’ll be doing
Office administration and day-to-day operations
Facilities and supplier coordination
Client and employee onboarding support
Reception and communications management
Social media and marketing support
Event coordination and team engagement initiatives
What we’re looking for
Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
Experience with Canva, social media, and content creation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
A positive, reliable, proactive, and solution-focused attitude
Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
