SUMMARY

Responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of projects across the organisation, as per the scope and within the approved budget.

POSITION INFO

Ensuring seamless integration and support with other project managers, with correct resource allocation and project delivery, while managing multiple projects when necessary. This position is based in Joburg South for an edible oil manufacturing company. Direct reports: Principal Process Engineer Role competencies: Project planning Management Execution Ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously Responsibilities: Assist in developing project plan, schedules and budgets. Coordinate project teams as per project requirements and scope. Coordinate resource allocation and workload planning accordingly. Coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously when needed. Coordinate with other project managers in the team and be able to assist or support in their projects. Oversee project progress, deliverables, and manage deadlines. Manage all relevant documentation relating to the project. Communicate project updates to relevant parties via relevant platforms. Coordinate witht the procurement department regarding contractor/ vendor and resource management where required. Ensure compliance with company procedures and systems. KPI''s Project deadlines and targets. Project execution (as per scope/ budget). Achieve project milestones within agreed timelines. Track and close project action items effectively. Food and safety culture. Qualifications: Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Relevant project management qualification is advantageous Relevant project management experience is advantageous
