Our client is an established digital marketing and technology consultancy that partners with leading national and international organisations to deliver innovative digital marketing, branding and creative solutions. Their team combines strategy, creativity and technology to develop impactful campaigns across a diverse range of industries.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join their collaborative creative team.

The Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing engaging visual content across a portfolio of client accounts. Working closely with account managers, strategists and digital marketing specialists, you will create compelling creative assets that support integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys variety, and is passionate about producing high-quality creative work.

This role operates on a hybrid working model, with three days per week in office and two days working remotely.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts. Produce artwork for social media, websites, digital advertising, email marketing and presentations. Design printed marketing collateral, promotional material and corporate communications. Ensure all creative work aligns with client brand guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas. Prepare artwork for print and digital production. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Maintain high creative standards and attention to detail throughout all projects. Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or Multimedia Design 3-5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer. Previous experience within a digital marketing, advertising or creative agency A strong portfolio demonstrating digital and brand design work. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Advantageous Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro. Motion graphics or animation experience. Basic UI/UX design knowledge. Experience designing HTML email campaigns. Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
