SUMMARY

We''re recruiting a Dealer Principal in the Commercial Trucking industry that will be responsible for the overall leadership, profitability, growth, and operational performance of the dealership, overseeing Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Workshop, Finance, and Customer Experience.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales, aftersales, and profitability targets.
• Lead overall dealership operations and business growth.
• Develop and maintain key customer and fleet relationships.
• Drive new vehicle, parts, and service sales performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Manage branch financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
• Oversee workshop, parts, and aftersales operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and HSE standards.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Requirements Degree in Business Management or related qualification (advantageous). Valid Code 8 Drivers Licence. 5 to 10 years experience in a senior dealership management role within the Trucking / Commercial Vehicle industry. Proven track record in sales, aftersales, financial management, and operational leadership.
