The Role: Associate Cybersecurity Consultant The purpose of this role is to solve complex cybersecurity problems on a daily basis and help clients with their challenges. The role involves carrying out penetration testing and security assessments up to targeted attack simulations spanning several months. It exists to add value to client organizations while contributing to continuous security research and skill development. Key Responsibilities Conduct security assessments at an associate grade of consultant on a variety of systems, environments, and technologies within a client''s organisation Provide tailored, pragmatic security advice at multiple levels within a client''s organisation Scope projects to ensure that expectations are set and met, in accordance with the client''s needs Contribute to research, tooling development, and/or continuous improvement of our services Share your knowledge with your colleagues and the wider industry About You Relevant experience level: Associate grade of consultant A bachelor''s degree in a relevant field e.g., computer/electronic engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience Strong verbal and written communication skills A passion for security, a love for computers, hacking things, and solving problems Technical excellence and knowing your subject area Self-motivated with the capability to figure out what work benefits the company and clients, while seeking guidance when needed Previous experience conducting security assessments (bonus) Security certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, and OSWE (bonus)
