NBC Holdings is a leading force in the South African employee benefits arena, providing a comprehensive range of employee benefits, products and services.
We are seeking a Contributions Administrator to efficiently and effectively carry out all administrative duties related to specific funds to meet the NBC Client Service Provider Agreement (SPA) in accordance with NBC standards and procedures.
Key Outputs
- Section 13A – identify all participating employers with outstanding payments and/or schedules
- Process all contribution updates
- Process group/individual transfer in accordance with Section 14
- Prepare benefit statements and administration reports
- Attend to customer queries
- Attend client meetings and provide feedback
- Compile year end checklist and action pre and post year end items
Experience
- 3 years ‘s experience in similar role or work-related position with good knowledge of Employee Benefits
- A good understanding of administration systems (Everest will be advantageous)
- Computer literacy – Advanced Ms Office
Qualifications
- Matric and or equivalent qualification, Certificate of Proficiency in Retirement Funds (COP)
