About the Role

We are seeking a commercially astute and execution-focused Product Manager – Cloud & Security to join our Security & Value-Added Services (VAS) team. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong delivery capability with customer-centric thinking and a solid understanding of telecom, cloud, and security services.

You will be responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and optimisation of cloud and security products, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to improving customer experience, increasing adoption, and strengthening our competitive position in the market.

In short, you will help deliver impactful products, enhance customer journeys, and ensure our VAS portfolio continues to grow and differentiate in a competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and launch of Security & Cloud services, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications for execution
  • Collaborate with marketing, systems, network, and digital teams to deliver product enhancements and releases
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and customer value propositions within the Security & VAS portfolio
  • Map and maintain customer journeys, identifying pain points across onboarding, activation, and usage
  • Use customer insights, analytics, and feedback to drive continuous improvements and reduce friction
  • Monitor customer feedback and service performance to improve overall customer experience
  • Track and report on product performance metrics such as adoption, usage, and engagement
  • Identify opportunities to increase uptake, improve service penetration, and reduce churn
  • Conduct research on competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends within the Security & Cloud space
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and product direction
  • Support go-to-market activities, including product messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional activities across internal teams
  • Work cross-functionally with technology, operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Track delivery progress and escalate risks where necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 3–6 years’ experience in product management, telecommunications, or digital services
  • Experience working with customer-facing products or within ISP/telecom environments is advantageous
  • Strong execution and delivery focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good understanding of customer journey mapping and service lifecycle
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and generate insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
  • Working knowledge of ISP environments (BSS/OSS, billing, provisioning) is beneficial
  • Familiarity with cloud, security, and value-added services is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tools
