Junior Store Manager – Fashion Retail

Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric (essential) 1-3 years retail experience, preferably in clothing/fashion retail Duties: Assisted Store Manager in daily store operations and overall retail management. Supervised and motivated sales staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance standards. Ensured excellent customer service and handled escalated customer queries and complaints. Monitored daily sales performance, cash ups, and store reports. Managed stock control, including receiving, merchandising, replenishment, and stock counts. Maintained visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions. Assisted with staff scheduling, timekeeping, and basic HR support functions. Ensured compliance with store policies, health and safety standards, and company procedures. Supported training of new staff and on-the-job coaching of sales assistants. Helped drive promotions and sales initiatives to increase store turnover and profit.
