Looking for an experienced Retail Manager with Hardware, Agri products experience.

POSITION INFO

Duties and Responsibilities: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement. Manage budgets, expenses, stock control, and inventory reconciliations to maximise profitability. Ensure excellent customer service and effective resolution of customer queries and complaints. Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while supporting digital systems and process optimisation. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12. A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail sales, including proven store or team management experience. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of retail operating system, enabling efficient management of store operations and data-driven decision-making.
