Our Client in the technical manufacturing industry is seeking a Sales Representative (Junior and Senior) to join their team

POSITION INFO

Grade 12 / Matric Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages Update all sales activities daily from the previous day, on arrival at work on and prior to leaving the office on the CRM system Update all planned sales activities one week in advance, with such plans Promote, sell and support the full range of products and services of the company Build customer relationships and to retain customers Provide service to ensure customer satisfaction To unearth new business Call on existing customers to provide technical support & to promote new sales Appointment calls and cold calls to increase customer base Submitting timeously proposed CRM plans & updates (CRM) Weekly follow up on Quotations Provide training at customers request Technical support & specifying to customers on all company products & services Trouble shooting & handling customer problems on site. Fault finding on applications on all Magnet Service Binder products Quotations Assisting Internal Sales whenever necessary Ensure sales targets are met Negotiating prices and discounts with the assistance of Head Office Annual Stock taking is compulsory These tasks may change from time to time subject to the Company's requirements.
