POSITION INFO

This opportunity sits within a large, complex enterprise environment focused on intelligent automation, digital transformation, and operational optimisation. The role is suited for a highly skilled Intelligent Automation Product Owner who will drive automation initiatives beyond traditional RPA, working across AI, process optimisation, and enterprise automation ecosystems. You will play a critical role in ensuring automation products deliver measurable business value, remain scalable, and align with strategic transformation goals. Offers exposure to cutting-edge automation and AI-driven initiatives in an agile delivery environment Key Responsibilities: - Own and prioritise intelligent automation backlogs and product delivery pipelines - Translate business demand into prioritised automation and operational outcomes - Collaborate with engineering, AI, risk, and business teams to deliver automation solutions - Support roadmap planning aligned to operational and transformation objectives - Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery participation - Monitor automation performance, value delivery, and operational impact - Contribute to automation governance, scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile: Education - Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience - Minimum 5-8 years in Product Ownership / Automation Product Management - Proven experience in enterprise intelligent automation or digital transformation environments - Strong experience in Agile delivery and backlog ownership - Exposure to AI, workflow automation, or process optimisation platforms - Experience working in complex or regulated environments Skills - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication - Backlog management and prioritisation - Agile/Scrum delivery experience - Understanding of automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, etc.) Non-Negotiables: - Must have hands-on product ownership experience in automation environments - Not suited to purely BA or project coordination backgrounds Location: Centurion, Hybrid Duration: 12 Months Apply now!
