We are seeking a professional and detail‑oriented Finance & Insurance Manager to join our dealership team in Stellenbosch. This role bridges the gap between the buyer, the bank, and the dealership, ensuring smooth financing processes and offering value‑added protection products. Key Requirements: F&I experience essential Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure Strong financial acumen (interest rates, loan terms, affordability assessments) Sales & negotiation skills to present F&I products confidently Compliance knowledge (NCA, POPIA, FICA) Attention to detail with sensitive financial documents Presentable, professional, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Responsibilities: Structure and finalize finance deals Secure competitive financing from banks & lenders Present and sell value‑added products (warranties, service plans, tracking devices) Ensure compliance with financial regulations & dealership processes Manage documentation and coordinate deal payouts Collaborate with sales teams to meet targets and optimize finance penetration Qualifications: B.Com qualification preferred RE5 Certificate NCA Accreditation COBs & CPD points Position Type: Permanent Location: Stellenbosch Salary: Market‑related (negotiable based on experience & qualifications) Benefits: Retirement Fund CC, Medical Aid CC (50%), Commission, Corporate clothing Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm | Sat 8am-1pm If you're professional, presentable, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact!
