Salary R650 000 – R700 000 Per Annum

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Systems Analyst to serve as the FICO System Key User within Group Aftersales Finance. This role is responsible for maintaining financial systems, driving system enhancements, and supporting business processes through SAP and Power BI solutions, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient operations.

• Maintain and monitor FICO processes, resolving system errors and ensuring data accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end SAP activities and financial reporting systems.
• Develop and enhance SAP queries and Power BI reports to meet business needs.
• Lead and support system projects and process improvements (including SAP S/4HANA).
• Coordinate system integrations and interface solutions across Group Parts systems.
• Act as a key liaison between business, IS and external service providers.
• Provide business support, user training and audit compliance for financial systems.

• National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Financial Information Systems or a related field.
• A postgraduate qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business Management would be advantageous.
• 3–5 years' experience in business systems and financial processes.
• SAP certification advantageous, particularly in:
  • FI (Finance)
  • MM (Materials Management)
  • MD (Master Data)
  • SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
  • S/4HANA
  • SQL knowledge/experience advantageous.
• Power BI experience.
• SQL for Data Analysis experience.
