Commercial vehicle parts business seeks a Parts Sales Representative for its Cape Town branch, handling sales, customer service, orders, and client relationships.

POSITION INFO

Cape Town Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell parts and related services to existing and prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts using catalogues and product information
• Prepare quotations, invoices, picking slips, and internal transfer documentation
• Manage and follow up on backorders, providing regular customer feedback
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch performance
• Participate in stock takes and inventory-related activities when required
• Provide after-hours and standby support on a rotational basis
• Attend team meetings and assist with resolving parts-related issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 1 to 2 years experience in a Parts Sales, Counter Sales, or similar role
• Valid Code 8 Drivers Licence
• Ability to read and write English proficiently
• Computer literacy and administrative accuracy Personal Attributes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
