SUMMARY

We need an experienced Senior HR Manager with working experience within a manufacturing / FMCG production environment across multiple sites.

POSITION INFO

This role supports a manufacturing environment across multiple sites, partners with operational leadership to drive performance, ensuring compliance, and delivery of effective people solutions aligned to business needs. You are commercially astute, operationally grounded and hands-on, a strong influencer with credibility in unionised environments and able to demonstrate resilient and you are solutions-focused. Essentially we need an experienced Human Resource Manager with a good 5-8 years as HRBP, a HR or Organisational Psychology Degree and must have experience within a manufacturing / FMCG production environment across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partnering with operational leadership in a factory/production environment to support workforce planning, productivity and organisational effectiveness. Leading and developing the HR team, building capability and ensuring consistent delivery across sites. Managing HR budgets and people-related cost drivers, ensuring alignment with financial controls and operational performance Supporting talent management, employee engagement and a high-performance culture across the operation Leading industrial relations and compliance, including disciplinary processes, grievances, CCMA representation and wage negotiations.
