SUMMARY

Experienced Projects Contracts Manager to oversee project delivery, contract management, client relationships, and commercial activities from tender to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.

POSITION INFO

Solutions over pressure protection (Flow, level, and density management, and instrumentation) ESSENTIAL Minimum Requirements Qualification in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in Project and Contract Management Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience Experience preparing cost estimates, tenders, and supporting procurement Excellent commercial, negotiation, planning, and organisational skills Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial agreements Key Responsibilities Project & Contract Management Manage projects from enquiry through to final handover Review commercial and technical tenders and contracts Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments Oversee project delivery, installations, FATs, SATs , and commissioning Manage project registers, contract databases, and project reporting Resolve commercial issues and ensure contractual compliance Sales & Business Development Support business growth through new market and client development Follow up on quotations and tenders to maximise project conversion Work closely with divisional managers on technical proposals Monitor project pipelines, order intake, and backorders Assist with competitor analysis, marketing initiatives, and customer events Financial Management Assist with annual budgeting and departmental cost control Monitor project profitability, cash flow, debtors, and guarantees Prepare monthly financial and project performance reports Support finance with project allocations and reporting requirements Leadership Lead and support the Projects team and administrators Ensure staff receive ongoing product and systems training Facilitate regular project review meetings and progress updates Key Competencies Project Management Contract Negotiation Commercial Acumen Client Relationship Management Financial Management Leadership & Team Management Planning & Organisation Communication & Negotiation Problem Solving Attention to Detail
