We have been entrusted with an exclusive mandate to secure a seasoned Finance Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract , tasked with driving immediate impact across their Southern African operations. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role where you will oversee multiple entities, stabilise finance environments, and unlock value from historically complex and legacy structures. You will play a pivotal role in cleaning up financial records, enhancing reporting accuracy, and strengthening governance , while leading a capable finance team. Key Responsibilities Manage the full finance function across multiple Southern African entities Lead external and internal audit processes with precision and confidence Oversee complex intercompany and cross-border transactions Drive insights using BI tools and financial reporting systems Lead, mentor, and upskill finance teams across the region Take charge of cleaning up historical and legacy books and entities Strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy, and governance frameworks Job Experience and Skills Required Qualification: BCom in Accounting or Finance Professional Training: Completed SAICA Articles (non-negotiable) Experience: Proven track record in a Senior Finance Manager or Finance Leadership role Exposure to multinational operations and cross-border finance Industry experience within logistics or similar sectors advantageous Systems: Strong ERP exposure (essential) Experience with JDE, QlikView, and/or CargoWise highly advantageous Strong leadership ability, problem-solving mindset, and ability to deliver under pressure Apply Now!
